Home Sweet Home
So… after getting “poked” by Sizi a few hours ago, it made me wonder if this place was still here. I remember it not being here for a while, and wasn’t sure if she even still had the DNS…
But it’s still here. Exactly the way I remember it. Even down to the sweets that we used to use to mark our own posts. Although I do have to admit that I forgot what mine was… 
But yeah, welcome back! It will likely take us a while to remove the dust and the cobwebs from everything, but I expect to see this place back in full flow soon…

Spring and asparagus
I know the post is a bit too late but I am lazy… you know… Since I come from a tropical country, it was really surprising all the radical changes that happen when the season changes. It’s like someone just push a button and all the trees are green and flowers everywhere… and since I am in Germany…. asparagus. German people seem a little obsessed with that vegetable, someone told me that it’s avaiable fresh only for something between 4 and 6 weeks a year so people go wild because of asparagus here! It’s not only that it sells in every market around, there’s also tons of products avaiable only for the season that are asparagus-related, including instant stuff that you add water and asparagus and is done, comercials on TV for stuff asparagus-related and even your local pizza delivery has season specials with asparagus! And since I am in Germany I did the German thing and ate my fresh asparagus already…

Queijadinhas
I was in the mood for baking so I made “queijadinhas”, a typical brazilian sweet made with eggs, cocconut and cheese… The people who tried it quite approved
